Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the goods you have purchased fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty extends to a maximum of five (5) years from the date of purchase of the goods, and covers only normal use of the goods. Incorrect or unauthorised uses of the goods are excluded from this warranty.
